Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with UbiFi! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please review our return guidelines below.

Returns

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition (as received) with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

  1. Email us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Place the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and send it to:UbiFi

Note: Return shipping costs will be covered by UbiFi.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days.
  • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card provider.
  • You’ll receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Note: Data plans are refundable only within the 14-day trial period and if less than 50GB of data has been used.

Exceptions

  • The following items are non-returnable/refundable:
    • BYOD SIM Activation Kits
    • Remote Activation/Re-activation Kits
    • Data Plans: Refundable only within the 14-day trial period and if less than 50GB of data has been used.
