Returns
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition (as received) with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
- Email us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Place the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and send it to:UbiFi

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days.
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card provider.
- You’ll receive an email notification once your return is processed.
Note: Data plans are refundable only within the 14-day trial period and if less than 50GB of data has been used.
Exceptions
- The following items are non-returnable/refundable:
- BYOD SIM Activation Kits
- Remote Activation/Re-activation Kits
- Data Plans: Refundable only within the 14-day trial period and if less than 50GB of data has been used.
